Amazing person to take your machine to only person I would take my machine to tells you straight up what you need and what you need to fix the problem recently took my high-lifter 17 model 850 in and he knocked it out the the park

Best visit I've had to anywhere! VERY HELPFUL !!!!

Took my 1998 300 4X4 into Star Cycle. Easy to crank with kick start but wouldn't run steadily and backfired. They worked me in. Rebuilt the carburetor, replaced the choke housing when he discovered it was broken, replaced the fuel line and added a visible gas filter. He addressed several other issues that would've been problematic had they been ignored. Replaced the battery and installed two rear tires. He took photos and saved all of the parts. The ATV runs like a sewing machine now. They kept me informed of his progress and what he was encountering while insuring I had a dependable and safe 4X4 to take into the woods. It's obvious that they take pride in his work. That's being customer friendly. Five stars.

The owner really takes the time to explain what's going on with your machine. They do good work and are very honest. Great prices on merchandise as well.

Star Cycle does outstanding work. I take all my bikes to them including my Harley. No way I would let anyone else work on them. They are a true asset to the motorcycle riding community here in the Piedmont Triad!

I was looking for a Polaris Ranger and started in the wrong place. Didn't get the customer service I'd hoped for until I met Derek. He answered all my questions, gave me great advice and watched me walk out the door to think about it. I came back two weeks later and he hooked me up with an amazing like-new 1000 XP that is everything I was wanting and more.
